doors, were completely removed.

Both bedrooms have spacious fitted wardrobes, with a walk-in closet in the master

Natural materials are used, including durable, abrasion-resistant and breathable double
glazed oak windows.
All window sills are made of the finest white Carrara marble and kitchen countertops
of light grey “Silvestre Claro” Granite.
All areas excluding bathrooms and the kitchen are covered with brushed
and oiled 20 mm thick solid plank flooring made of native Austrian oak.
The guest bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, walk-in shower, toilet and a hygienic
shower. The master bathroom includes a large walk-in SPA with a built in rain shower
with various settings including waterfall mode, double washbasin and a separate toilet
room with bidet. The bathroom equipment is composed of Geberit, Villeroy & Boch
sanitary porcelain and bathroom furniture, Herzbach fittings, fog-free bathroom mirrors,
illuminated cosmetic mirrors, water underfloor heating and many other high-quality
features. The bathrooms are decorated in light grey tones and tiled to the ceiling.
For the bathroom floors, large high-quality concrete effect tiles were selected.
